Backyard Boho Wedding

I don't think I will ever stop loving backyard weddings. They are full of personal touches and special meaning, all made with love. Jenna and Austin chose to get married on her family's property. When I arrived that morning, I immediately felt like family. Her mom took me on a tour of the property on their gator and I laughed the whole time because her driving reminded me of mine, petal to the metal. Jenna and her girlfriends got ready in her childhood home- her mom helped her get into her dress in their living room and it felt so surreal. There's nothing quite like a sweet mama's love on your wedding day and it reminded me of my wedding morning! There was a beautiful little creek that ran throughout the property and I had my eyes on it all day. During golden hour photos, I asked Jenna if she would be down to get into the creek with her dress - she didn't even hesitate. She looked like a total queen and let me tell you that those photos were hands down my favorite from the whole day! Total queen vibes. We ended the night with pretty twinkle lights, Jenna singing a song she wrote for Austin, and dancing under the stars.
